We enjoyed our first local specialty:  Cuchole. A perfect breakfast with a coffee in the sun.

Cuchole is a zopf made with saffron, giving it a wonderful yellow color.



We also very much enjoyed the apricot pie (Valais apricots!) and those sweet cream pies displayed in the Boulangerie.

At the market you can enjoy the spectacular view on Lake Geneva and buy local products: e.g. morels, cheeses, Valais apricot juice & -jam.
